Sumisip, Basilan 21 March 2016 President Benigno S. Aquino III led the inauguration of the 138-meter long Basilan Circumferential Road, whose construction started about 16 years ago. In his speech, a total budget of PhP 1.83 billion was allotted to finish the construction.
