Malacañan Palace March 7, 2019 President Rodrigo Roa Duterte officially welcomed Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad of Malaysia in a ceremony at the Malacañan Palace Grounds for the latter’s three-day Official Visit to the Philippines.
