This page is in honor of the late Interior and Local Government Secretary Jesus ‘Jesse’ Manalastas Robredo who died in a plane crash off the shores of Masbate Island with Captain Jesse Bahinting and Nepalese co-pilot Kshitiz Chand on August 18, 2012.
