Naval Station Felix Apolinario (NSFA), Panacan, Davao City September 1, 2017 President Rodrigo Roa Duterte attended the 11th founding anniversary celebration of the Eastern Mindanao Command (EASTMINCOM) at the Naval Station Felix Apolinario (NSFA) in Panacan, Davao City.
