President Rodrigo Roa Duterte joined Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense, H.E. Tea Banh, in a wreath laying ceremony at the Independence Monument in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

After paying his respects at the said monument, the President proceeded to the wreath laying ceremony at the monument of His Majesty Norodom Sihanouk, King-Father of Cambodia.
