President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and his fellow leaders from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) were hosted a welcome dinner by Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic on the first day of the 28th and 29th ASEAN Summits and Related Summits in the capital city of Vientiane.

Apart from the dinner, the region’s Heads of State/Government and delegates were honored with a performance from the host country.
