Today’s segment of USWAG, Pinas! Special Edition features the vaccination rollout in Davao City focusing on the Tri People of Mindanao – Indigenous Peoples (IPs), Christians and Muslims.

The segment also highlights the individuals representing the diverse population of the region in line with the vaccination efforts of the government.

Derived from the Bisayan term ‘uswag’ which means progress, this special edition of the social media program aims to inform viewers about the ongoing vaccination in different communities across the nation, the tireless efforts of healthcare workers and medical frontliners in battling the virus, and interviews from inoculated Filipinos and medical experts on the benefits of getting the jab to further boost vaccine confidence amongst the people.

USWAG, Pinas! Special Edition is a flagship program of the Presidential Broadcast Staff -Radio Television Malacañang (RTVM).
