The President also acknowledged the members of the Council of Sergeants Major as they stay attuned to the needs of the troops across the Philippines by uplifting their morale and welfare.

“I hope that you will continue to show them your selfless and dedicated service to the nation that enabled you to reach your positions today… Keep up the good work, know that this Administration and the entire country is behind you as you fulfill your duties to our nation,” he further stated.

The Commander-in-Chief reaffirmed the government’s steadfast commitment in transforming and modernizing the AFP into a capable and world-class force, as well as in implementing programs and policies that will promote the welfare of the uniformed personnel.

“Rest assured that we will remain steadfast in transforming and modernizing the AFP into a world-class force that is respected by its counterparts and is a source of national pride,” President Marcos Jr. ended in his message.
