The Church of St. Alphonsus, popularly known as the Novena Church, is under the care of the Redemptorists. The Church became known for its Novena Services that attracted people who offered their devotion to the ‘Our Lady of Perpetual Help.’

Founded in 1935 and renovated in 2011, the church gained popularity after news of many answered petitions from devotees spread that led to the rising number of visitors attending the Novena.
