Matina Enclaves, Davao City September 18, 2016 President Rodrigo Roa Duterte presented to the media Norwegian Kjartan Sekkingstad, the remaining kidnap victim of the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG), after 10 months of captivity in Sulu.
