Intramuros, Manila July 17, 2018  President Rodrigo Roa Duterte led the groundbreaking ceremony of the Binondo-Intramuros Bridge and Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge, two projects built with the aid of China, that aims to improve the efficiency of Metro Manila’s transportation by providing additional bridges and routes across Pasig River.
