President Rodrigo Roa Duterte presided over a situation briefing at the Western Leyte Provincial Hospital (WLPH) in Baybay City, Leyte.

Key officials from different government agencies and local government units (LGUs) joined President Duterte in the briefing to assess the damages and casualties caused by the onslaught of Tropical Depression Agaton (international name: Megi).

The President also consoled the flood and landslide victims at the outpatient ward of the Western Leyte Provincial Hospital.
