Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida of Japan signed the guest book as he arrived at the Presidential Guest House in Panacan, Davao City, before meeting President Rodrigo Roa Duterte in a courtesy call.

Minister Kishida is in the country for a three-day official visit that aims to further strengthen cooperative ties between the Philippines and Japan. His visit coincides with the 60th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between the two nations.
