President Rodrigo Roa Duterte received the credentials of the Ambassadors of Czech Republic and Australia to the Philippines at the Reception Hall and Music Room in Malacañan Palace.

Ambassador Robinson has developed and expanded Australia’s relationships with different countries, particularly in the Southeast Asian region. He has also served in Australia’s embassies in Jakarta, Yangon and Bangkok prior to his designation to the Philippines.
Ambassador Robinson described Australia’s relationship with the Philippines as “broad and deep”. He also looks forward on enhancing the already established years of relationship between the two (2) countries during his diplomatic posting.
Both Ambassadors extended their best wishes and warmest regards from their countries’ respective leaders.
The two (2) envoys posed for a photo opportunity and engaged in a closed-door tete-a-tete with the President.
