Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste Juvéncio De Jesus Martins presented his credentials to President Benigno S. Aquino III in Malacañang.

Ambassador Martins is formerly the Foreign Affairs Director General for External Relations of the Democratic Republic of Timor Leste.
