President Rodrigo Roa Duterte warmly welcomed the delegates of the 5th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN)-Russia Youth Summit during the group’s visit in Malacañan Palace.

Hosted by the National Youth Commission (NYC) in partnership with the ASEAN Secretariat, the Summit successfully convened young leaders from the ASEAN Member States and the Russian Federation where they exchanged views on measures to strengthen mutual understanding and cooperation between the two (2) regions.
