Established in October 1992, the Philippine School Doha is a community school that caters to the educational needs of Filipino children of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in Qatar. Starting from 33 students, the school today has served around 3,000 enrollees for the school year 2015-2016.

The Philippine School Doha is about to finish the construction of its new building in a new land donated by the former Qatari Emir just beside Birla Public School in Doha. With a total lot area of 32,758.45 square meters, the school aims to introduce the Filipino standard of education, in accordance with the Qatari laws as enforced by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. It is also registered and recognized by the Department of Education, having full-time Filipino instructors with high-credentials, mostly holding doctorate degrees.
