President Benigno S. Aquino led the oath-taking of 50 star-rank officers of the Philippine National Police (PNP) inside the Rizal Hall of Malacañan Palace.
Among the officers who took oath were Police Deputy Director General Danilo S. Constantino and Police Director General Ricardo C. Marquez who was appointed as the PNP chief by President Aquino on July 16, 2015.
At the end of the ceremony, the 50 star-ranked officers, together with their families, had a photo opportunity with the Commander-in-Chief.
