The Philippine Embassy in Moscow is the principal representative of the Philippine government in conducting the country’s foreign relations with the Russian Federation that started in 1976.

Assisting the Philippine government in enhancing national security, the Embassy promotes territorial integrity and the protection of sovereignty while promoting economic diplomacy, as well as supports national development between Russia and the Philippines.
