Marcos Jr. discusses his plan to build more hospitals and other medical facilities outside the National Capital Region (NCR) to address the medical needs of Filipinos in far flung areas throughout the country, as well as provide the people with better health care system, in his first State of the Nation Address (SONA) delivered at the Joint Session of the 19th Congress (First Regular Session) on July 25, 2022.
