Delegates and participants of the First Senior Officials’ Meeting are treated to a lively, colorful and creative display of Pampanga’s culture through a giant lantern show from the eight barangays of San Fernando, and a fireworks display before the ‘Pampanga Night Dinner’ at the Oxford Hotel in Clark, Pampanga.

Pampanga Governor Lilia Pineda and National Economic Development Authority Region 3 Director Severino Santos gave their brief statements to welcome delegates and guests of the APEC Senior Officials’ Meeting and Related Meetings.
