Delegates from the ASEAN 10-member states, headed by Chair Leo Herrera-Lim, convene for the Opening Ceremony of the Special Meeting of the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) in Sofitel, Manila on August 4, 2017.

The AICHR is set to hold its 6th annual interface in the afternoon between the ASEAN Foreign ministers and representatives of the AICHR.
