President Rodrigo Roa Duterte received His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar of Johor, Malaysia at the Malacañan Palace.
His Majesty is in the country for an Official Visit. Upon arrival, he proceeded at the Reception Hall for the signing of the guestbook.
