President Benigno S. Aquino III led the mass oath-taking of 50 agency officials in simple rites held at the Rizal Hall in Malacañang.
Among those who took their oath of office before the Chief Executive include: Undersecretary Alexander Pama, Office of the Executive Secretary; Undersecretary Jose Justiniano, Dept. of Justice; Undersecretary Dina Joana Cristobal and Asst. Secretary Tonisito Machiavelli Umali, Dept. of Education; Undersecretary Ciriaco Lagunzad III and Asst. Secretary Ma. Gloria Tango, Dept. of Labor and Employment; Undersecretaries Janette Garin and Madeleine Valera, Dept. of Health; Undersecretary Ponciano Manalo Jr., Asst. Secretaries Blesila Lantayona and Ceferino Rodolfo, Dept. of Trade and Industry; Undersecretary Juanito Bucayan Jr. and Asst.
