President Rodrigo Roa Duterte administered the oath-taking of Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Bernadette Romulo- Puyat in a ceremony at the President’s Hall of Malacañan Palace .

During the oath-taking, the newly appointed Tourism Secretary was accompanied by her parents Alberto and Rosie Lovely Romulo, and her daughter Maia Puyat.

Prior to her new official designation, Secretary Romulo- Puyat also served as undersecretary of Department of Agriculture (DA).
