President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. administered the oath of office to National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) Executive Director Emmanuel Salamat, recently proclaimed Negros Oriental Provincial Governor Roel Degamo, and the officers and board members of the Presidential Photojournalists Association (PPA) and Malacañang Cameramen Association (MCA), in a ceremony held at the President’s Hall in Malacañan Palace.
