Less than a month after the unexpected passing of the Late Interior and Local Government Secretary Jesse Robredo, President Benigno S. Aquino III convened the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Board Meeting at the Aguinaldo State Dining Room in Malacañan Palace. Among those Cabinet officials present were NEDA Director General and Socio-Economic Planning Secretary Arsenio Balisacan, Agriculture Secretary Proceso Alcala, Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima, Budget Secretary Florencio Abad and Environment Secretary Ramon Paje.
