President Benigno S. Aquino III led the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Board meeting with the economic cluster secretaries. Headed by socio-economic planning Secretary Cayetano W. Paderanga Jr. Present during the board meeting were Vice-President Jojemar Binay, DTI Secretary Cezar Purisima, DOTC Secretary Mar Roxas, DA Secretary Proceso Alcala, DENR Secretary Ramon Paje, ARMM Governor Mujiv Hataman, Mindanao Development Authority Secretary Luwalhati Antonio; MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino and DOST Secretary  Mario Montejo.
