President Benigno S. Aquino III held the 10th National Economic Development (NEDA) Board Meeting in Malacañang.

Joining the President were NEDA Socioeconomic Planning Secretary Arsenio Balicasan, Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima, Budget Secretary Florencio Abad, Energy Secretary Carlos Jericho Petilla, Trade and Industry Secretary Gregory Domingo, Agriculture Secretary Proceso Alacala, Public Works and Highways Secretary Rogelio Singson, Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas, Transportations and Communications Secretary Joseph Emilio Abaya, Tourism Secretary Ramon Jimenez Jr., Environment Secretary Ramon Paje, Social Welfare and Development Secretary Corazon Soliman and other members of the Board.
