Aguinaldo State Dining Room, Malacañang

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte presided over the 2nd National Security Council Meeting held at the Aguinaldo State Dining Room in Malacañang.

Among the agenda of the meeting included a discussion on the security situation of the country, the ongoing peace talks with the communist groups and the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) and Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), and updates on the administration’s campaign against illegal drugs among others.

Present during the meeting was National Security Adviser Hermogenes Esperon Jr., and other members of the President’s Cabinet.
