Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin M. Andanar recognizes the dedication and efforts of the PCOO agencies that contributed to the success of the National Information Convention (NIC). This transpires on day three of the conference at the SMX Convention Center in Lanang, Davao City on February 21, 2018 where each agency presents a short video that shows the history and evolution of their respective offices, as well as the various services that they offer.

Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano delivers an inspirational message. The last Plenary Session focuses on Engaging the Citizenry in Nation Building. The speakers include Anthony V. Olaes, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Olaes Design and Marketing; Jojo S. Guingao, Chief Digital Officer of Aboitiz Equity Ventures; Assistant Secretary Kristoffer James E. Purisima, Deputy Administrator of the Office of Civil Defense (OCD); and Director General Harold E. Clavite of the Philippine Information Agency (PIA).

Before the convention concludes, Secretary Andanar leads the Nationwide Launch of Provincial Communication Officers Network (PCONET), a system of government communicators that will have direct access to the Office of the President (OP) through PCOO.
