President Rodrigo Roa Duterte met with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and the Bangsamoro Transition Commission (BTC) at the Music Room in Malacañan Palace.

Senate President Aquilino Pimentel III, House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez, Senator Vicente Sotto III, Senator Emmanuel Pacquiao, Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Secretary Silvestre Bello III, Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) Secretary Jesus Dureza, Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO) Secretary Adelino Sitoy, Government of the Philippines (GPH)-MILF Implementing Panel Chair Undersecretary Nabil Tan, GPH-MILF Implementing Panel Secretariat Head Assistant Secretary Acel Papa, and Oibone Enobio from the OPAPP accompanied President Duterte during the meeting.

The MILF and BTC were represented by MILF Chair Al Haj Ebrahim Murad, BTC Chair Ghazali Jaafar, MILF Central Committee on Information Chair Mohagher Iqbal, MILF’s Bangsamoro Islamic Armed Forces (BIAF) Chief of Staff Sammy Al Mansoor, and MILF Second Vice Chairman Abo Mohammad Ali.
