President Rodrigo Roa Duterte received Mr. Ray Haynes, a former state assemblyman of California, and Mr. Ramon Tulfo Jr. in a private meeting held at the Music Room of Malacañan Palace.

Upon his arrival, President Duterte exchanged pleasantries with the gentlemen and discussed updates and other insights on his administration.
