In continuation of their commemoration of the Second World War, Their Majesties Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko greeted Filipino-Japanese descendants who were born on or before World War II.
The descendants were attending the 9th National Convention of the Filipino-Japanese Descendants at the Diamond Hotel in Manila.
