President Rodrigo Roa Duterte welcomed the China Railway Group Limited led by its executive director and president, Mr. Zhang Zongyan, in a meeting at the Study Room of Malacañan Palace.

The President was joined by Finance (DOF) Secretary Carlos Dominguez III, Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Undersecretary Cathy Cabral, and Transportation (DOTr) Undersecretary Felipe Judan in the meeting.

China Railway covers survey design, construction and installation, industrial manufacturing, real estate development, mineral resources, financial investment, and other fields.
