President Rodrigo Roa Duterte met with Carlito and Eva Arnaiz, parents of the 19-year old Carl Angelo Arnaiz, at the Malago Clubhouse in Malacañang Park, Manila.

The President also talked with Camille Arnaiz, Carl’s elder sister, during the meeting. Department of Justice (DOJ) Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II and Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) Chief Persida Acosta joined them in the meeting.
