President Rodrigo Roa Duterte had a luncheon meeting with Friends of the Philippines Foundation at the Dadong Roast Duck Restaurant in Beijing on the second day of his State Visit to China.

In the said meeting, the foundation presented its plan for the establishment of a drug addiction treatment center in the Philippines.
