President Rodrigo Roa Duterte gathered several senators and congressmen in the preliminary meeting of the Legislative Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) in Malacañan Palace.

LEDAC serves as the consultative and advisory body of the President on certain policies or programs for the economy. It is also a venue for high level policy discussions that concern national development.
