Madame Cielito ‘Honeylet’ S. Avanceña, common-law wife of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, delivers the keynote address during the inauguration of four (4) new government buildings at the Municipal Compound in General Mamerto Natividad, Nueva Ecija on June 18, 2018.

Worth about PhP 15 million, the said buildings consist of an evacuation center (PhP 4.24 million), the Municipal Plaza Gymnasium I and II (PhP 9 million), the Samuel E. Gadia Hall (PhP 500,000), and the Simeon V. Cruz Hall (PhP 1.5 million).
