Atty. Vicente Cabe is the Labor Attaché of the Philippine Embassy in Singapore. He also used to be a labor attaché at the Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (2009-2012) and in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (2003-2006).
