President, Filipino Migrant Workers Association in Busan

Myrna is currently the president of Filipino Migrant Workers Association in Busan. She arrived in Korea as a missionary and was able to land a job at Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA), a non-profit worldwide organization, where she works as an administrative assistant and secretary until now.

She is a recipient of the 2000 Bagong Bayani Awards, an award giving body for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and serves as a volunteer of the Choryang Catholic Church and the Choryang Migrant Workers’ Office.
