Mr. Rodolfo “Rudy” Balmater is the President Director of the PT. Balmater Consulting Company in Jakarta. He has been living in Indonesia for 35 years and an accountant by profession.

As an expert in the finance sector, Mr. Balmater sees the visit of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to Indonesia as an opportunity to intensify the cooperation between the Philippines and Indonesia, most especially in pushing for the projects being laid down in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) integration.
