Atty Paulo Garcia is currently the Director for Legal Affairs and Secretariat of the New Zealand Philippines Business Council (NZPBC). He is the founding Director and former Chairman of the NZPBC.

Atty Garcia is a Barrister & Solicitor/ Director of GarciaLaw (NZ) Ltd – the first Filipino-owned incorporated law firm in New Zealand. Paulo has more than 17 years commercial and international business law experience – over 10 years in the Philippines, over 7 years in New Zealand.

Alumni of the Academy of American & International Law and Scholar of the NorthWestern Legal Foundation, Dallas,Texas and the University of the Philippines . Paulo has stood as corporate secretary and legal consultant to many foreign investor companies in the Philippines. Paulo was former Board Secretary for the Philippine Economic Zone Authority under Director General Lilia De Lima.
