Engineer Limuel Delloro is currently working as a Senior Control and Automation Engineer at Petrokon Utama in Brunei Darussalam. He has been in the country since 1991 and used to work in large oil companies in the Philippines, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia. His expertise includes the construction and commissioning of oil and gas facilities, petrochemical plants, refineries, power plants, gas plants, offshore platforms and crude oil terminals.
