Current director of Don Bosco Children Fund in Phnom Penh. After 26 years in Thailand, Father Ochoa came to Cambodia for a missionary call in the Salesians of Don Bosco (SDB). He is also a teacher with special interests in working for the poor, out-of-school children, youth and development.
