Chief Executive Officer of Philippine-based HERALBA Construction and Supplies and Engineering Services (HCSES) and Chairman of the Board of Al Ram Business Group, Ltd. Engr. Heramis is the main contractor of the “Build a City” Project of People for Care and Learning (PCL) at Khan Dang Khor District in Andong Village, Phnom Penh. He has been recognized by the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces for giving support in its operations. Mr. Heramis is also the co-owner of Sofia Hotel and Aquarium Bar in Phnom Penh.
