Officer-in-Charge of the Graduate School and Director of International Relations of Norton University in Phnom Penh. He  is the former Director of the Silsilah Dialogue Institute of the Silsilah Dialogue Movement, a nongovernmental organization whose major thrust is to bring the culture of dialogue and peace among Muslims, Christians and people of other living faiths particularly in Mindanao. He is also the founding director of the Ateneo Peace Institute, Ateneo de Zamboanga University.
