Dr. Cesar Dalida is a school physician at the Anglo American School of Moscow. He has been in Russia for 18 years, starting as an exchange student before achieving his dreams of becoming a physician.

In order to reciprocate the blessings he has received in life, Dr. Cesar Dalida became a committed member of the Filipino community, sharing his talent with the Philippine Embassy by leading the cultural performers group. He also helps his fellow Filipinos by giving free medical services when needed and organizing medical missions.
