Philippine Consul General to Hong Kong Antonio A. Morales is a career diplomat for over 20 years and has served in Foreign Service posts in Asia, Europe and America.

From being the Third Secretary and Vice Consul at the Philippine Embassy in Ankarta in 1995, he moved to Rome, Italy, where he was the Second Secretary and Consul from 1997 to 2000.

In Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, he was assigned as Minister at the Philippine Embassy from 2004 to 2007, has served as Deputy Consul General in San Francisco at the United States of America (USA) and Consul General in Mila, Italy. Thereafter, he became Deputy Chief of Mission in Beijing, China and Ambassador to Singapore, until he was assigned in Hong Kong.

Consul General Morales graduated from the University of the Philippines (UP) School of Economics and College of Law. He studied international relations at the Escuela Diplomatica in Madrid, Spain and has a Certificate in Specialization on Multilateral Relations at the Graduate School of International Studies in Geneva, Switzerland.
