President Rodrigo Roa Duterte continued his inspection to areas affected by Typhoon ‘Odette’ (international name: Rai) when he visited the Municipality of Argao in the Province of Cebu.

Typhoon ‘Odette’ caused massive flooding and brought strong winds as it made several landfalls in different provinces across Mindanao and Visayas, affecting thousands of families and individuals, as well as heavily damaging key infrastructures in the regions.
